Sarah Weinberg of St Peter honored by Ripon College

Weinberg Weinberg of St Peter, Minn. was honored with the Dorothea Wilgus Pickard Prize at Ripon College's recent 2011 Awards Convocation. Weinberg is a junior English and Studio Art major.

The Dorothea Wilgus Pickard Prize recognizes the student who has done the best work in creative writing. The prize, given in memory of a trustee of the College, includes a letter of credit toward the purchase of books.

Sarah is the daughter of Ms. Annette Schatz of St. Peter, Minn.
