Allison Macknick of Sheboygan To Participate in Ripon College's Production of "She Kills Monsters," November 9-12

Allison Macknick of Sheboygan, WI, is a member of the cast in Ripon College's production of She Kills Monsters, a play by Qui Nguyen, running November 9-12 in Benstead Theatre, C.J. Macknick, class of 2017 at Ripon College with a major in Theatre and a minor in Communication is the child of Thomas and Betty Macknick of Sheboygan, WI .

The play is a wild ride through the world of Dungeons & Dragons. "It will slash and shapeshift its way into your heart," according to the New York Times. It is intended for mature audiences only.

"She Kills Monsters is a wonderful new play that blends fantasy and reality, comedy and pathos, love and loss with Dungeons and Dragons," says the director, Kenneth Hill, professor of theatre. "Playwright Qui Nguyen has created a theatre for the geek in all of us, inventing a marvelous universe with heart and brilliance."
